What do we offer?
We want to offer stress free counseling to people who are committed to take that critical first step in improving their health. Nutrition is a key component to health and well being, "we are what we eat!" There are many different things that can account for why a person may be feeling a certain way at that period of time, and our counseling and evaluation will help find if there are any food allergies or intolerances that may be contributing to your symptoms or dis-ease. If we suspect food allergies, you can be helped by either a food elimination diet, or by a blood test to help determine which variety of foods is causing the issue.
